Macro Synthetic Fiber Reinforcement
High Performance for Industrial Concrete
Macro synthetic fiber reinforcement consists of high-strength polymer fibers engineered to support the post-crack behavior of hardened concrete. Distributed uniformly throughout the mix, the fibers create three-dimensional reinforcement in industrial floors, factory yards, warehouses, logistics centers, car parks, tunnels and precast elements.
The decision to use macro fibers as an alternative to steel mesh or steel fibers requires engineering evaluation. Ground bearing capacity, slab thickness, concrete class, joint layout and both point and moving loads must be considered together. The PP Fiber technical team supports the selection of the appropriate product and dosage by analyzing project data.
Application Benefits
- Three-dimensional and uniform distribution in concrete
- Support for post-crack behavior and impact resistance
- Corrosion-free polymer composition
- Faster application with reduced reinforcement placement labor
- Compatibility with pumping, placement and laser screed systems
Fiber dosage is determined for each project, while mixing time, concrete consistency and surface finishing are planned together. This aligns material performance with site execution quality.
