In manual site concrete casting, the area to be concreted is prepared first. The ground is leveled, necessary filling and compaction work is completed, and the elevation levels for the site concrete are established. Reinforcement—such as rebar, steel mesh, or fiber reinforcement—is installed in accordance with the project specifications.

Following these preparations, ready-mixed concrete is delivered to the site and spread over the casting area in a controlled manner. Screeding is performed to ensure the concrete is distributed evenly, surface elevations are maintained, and the required thickness is achieved. Subsequently, depending on the intended use of the surface, finishing operations such as troweling, power troweling (helicopter finishing), or other surface treatments may be carried out.

In the final stage, appropriate curing methods are applied to ensure the concrete gains strength and to control potential surface cracking. Creating joints in accordance with the project design and site conditions is also crucial for the long-term durability of the site concrete.
